What we collect
When you submit the contact form ("Talk to Us" / "Book a Discovery Call"), we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, company, industry, role, and any message you write.
We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics tracking. This site currently has no analytics or ad-tracking scripts installed.
How we store it
Submitted form data is stored in a private Google Sheet, written via a Google Apps Script we operate. It is not stored in any separate database.
How we protect it
- Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions are from a real visitor, not an automated bot.
- A hidden honeypot field filters out basic automated spam.
- Submission rate-limiting is applied per email address to reduce abuse.
- The Google Sheet is private and accessible only to authorised VASAPTEX personnel.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. It is processed only by the infrastructure required to operate this form: Google (Sheets/Apps Script, for storage) and Cloudflare (Turnstile, for spam verification). We do not share it with any other third party.
How long we keep it
We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry and to keep a business record of the interaction. You can request deletion at any time — see below.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Submit a request via our Data Request page, or email us directly.
Scope
This website only ever collects general business-enquiry contact information as described above. It is not used to collect or process any client financial, banking, or otherwise regulated BFSI data — that happens only under separate, individually contracted engagements, not through this website.
Changes to this policy
If how we collect or use information changes (for example, if we add analytics in future), we'll update this page and its "last updated" date.
